Default Random Vehicle Health Report Request

So I have had my 2009 for a little over a year now and when I first got it randomly while driving down the road sync would come in and ask if I wanted to run a vehicle health report. Fast forward to now and it seems that sync is asking to run a report every other day.

Why does it randomly ask when I am driving? Why would it start to ask more frequently now? Is there a way to stop this from happening?

TIA

Hi Jrob80,

You can change the settings by following these instructions:

http://support.ford.com/sync-technol...-settings-sync

Let me know how it goes.
