seems expensive for the mileage... Have you checked it against NADA pricing?

You can get a new truck for that price can't you? Or real close to it

If you are searching for trucks with 6.2's in them it's going to be an uphill battle really. I know even when I was buying them last year ( 2 for me and 1 for a family member) I kept getting dealers trying to drive the price up over the "rare" 6.2. Personally I would say less than $30000 would be a good deal but it's an area thing. How does it compare price wise to similar trucks ( forget about other 6.2's but just other loaded Lariats)? Are they high or low to an Eco truck or a 5 liter with the same options otherwise. If they are in the ballpark then considering the 45000 miles on it and it being up to close to 3 years old widdle them down. But if you want to go look at it then go!
