I've been a quart over by 5,000 miles so your findings don't surprise me. There is no fix at this time.

So taking it to the dealer for the TSB is a waste of time? What exactly does the TSB have them do for supposed resolution?

The original one moved the block heater and reflashed. Not certain if there's been an update or not.

I just had the recent tsb done yesterday, replaced the pic valve, and they verified the gas in the oil, quite a bit over full at 1500 miles, anyone else have any luck with this yet? I may just be skeptical but I don't see a connection between the pcv valve and fuel in the oil, it doesn't quite add up

All the dealership did for now was the pcv tsb so time will tell, it's all under warranty so not that big of a deal, I'll just keep an eye on it and see how it does

Thats about all you can do. Check it on a regular basis and if its overfull and smells like fuel, take it in.
