Sober and I tried pulling the fuse.... Nope. So I tried pulling the wiper relay... Nope

Guess a switch is in my future

I know Im late to the party about this, but here's a solution thats going to require a little bit of wiring.
Find yourself a pressure switch to where it can be activated when it sees positive pressure. Run the switch at the same place you would a boost gauge. Wire it up to a separate pump but still pulling from the windshield washer fluid and put nozzles in front of the inter-cooler. Next just run a simple on off switch inside the cabin so that way if you need to you can control whether you want it on or off, such as track days or heavy towing.
