Default Before and after resonator cutoff

I've been debating whether or not to get my resonator cut off to add a little more sound but I've come up short finding before and after videos to show the difference. Running dual cat-back Dynomax bullet on my 5.0. Anyone have any advice or info about what kind of sound difference I'd be looking at?

I put a magnaflow on mine but left the res. Then decided I wanted it louder so I took the res off and it got at least twice as loud as in too loud for long trips and boat pulling so now the res is back on. Like I said though, it'll be at least twice as loud without it so if you decide to remove it don't throw it away just in case...

Ah okay, thanks for the feedback. I guess if I ever have time, I'll get it taken off and see how I like it. The "too loud for long trips" definitely gives me somewhat of an understanding though.

Default Resonator delete solution

If you decide to delete the resonator this may be your best bet to save money in the long run you can do and undo this yourself.https://www.f150forum.com/f38/2011-1...151041/index7/
