Yeah, there was a design issue; hence a complete re-design. He's not asking who is and who isn't having issues. There were issues across the earlier models, and he's asking if the newer models are resolved. And all signs point to yes they have been fixed. Not sure why that is so difficult to acknowledge and convey to someone asking a simple question.
