I think a train horn would be fun and beneficial (when someone is riding the fast land and wont pass?) but for initial cost and installation ease I just used a Sound-Off speaker and a used siren unit with horn/yelp settings. I don't use the yelp but the horn is a lot louder than stock, and it wont catch a cops attention as easily.

The install is not hard at all. Very simple. And it is sweet! I'll take pictures of my set up. They way I rigged it is pretty unique and looks factory.

I have my hornblasters.com kit and I'm going to install it after finals are over! is it bad to mount them in front of the radiator?? Will it not be blocking air at all?

It won't block enough air to affect anything, just as long as you don't try to bolt/screw the horn to it.

Agreed that an air horn would be great, but my boss might notice an air tank... he is far less likely to notice a speaker hidden under the hood. So it's not a matter of ease per se, more of a "which will more likely go unnoticed".
