Default Lowerd truck question..

would a truck have a bounce/shake after lowered when braking? also steering wheel sits to the right when going straight. does it mean it needs an alignment?

The steering wheel issue definitely means it's in need of an alignment. As far as the bounce/shake I'm not sure. Sounds like an improperly balanced wheel more than anything, but it could also be the result of needing an alignment. I would do that, and then re-assess the situation after it's been aligned properly.

If its while braking, you have a rotor issue, is it 2wd or 4wd? Also did you put a spindle or spring or what on the front to lower?
