Not being mean... but no way you will get 27500 for it.
Id have taken that 24k and run with it. I doubt you get anymore then that for it unless its an uneducated and or young buyer with money to burn and doesnt want to do the mods themselves.
I just sold my 350z that had 30k in mods alone not including the cost of the car for 20k. Less then 50k miles on it. Modding a vehicle is a hobby not an investment. you do NOT get your money back.
