Default Whats This Clicking Relay?

I turned off my truck today and sat in the cab texting on my phone and I started hearing clicking coming from the dash just under the steering column. I felt around and found where it was coming from and pulled down the block. Here are the pictures I took. Can anyone tell me what they control?

I'm not sure, but perhaps you can take the part numbers off them and google the number. That may lead you the answer.

i may be wrong but i looked under my dash for something like that and the only thing i could find was in the fuse box. open your fuse box and look and see if anything is missing

No its connected to a metal bracket right behind the data port. i will try and get a picture of it installed tomorrow. It also has a black cover that is factory taped on.
