On a side note, how much do you guys think a good shop would charge me for a paint job? My truck has maybe 3 or 4 dings on it that need to be pulled, nothing major at all. I'm going to call a guy for a quote Monday, but I want to know what to expect.

i have no doubt your lift block broke but I would bet the reason they broke is from having weak/poor quality U bolts and or not torquing them properly.

Ya when ever I lift a truck I get my u bolts built at a spring shop that builds them from the highest quality materials!
I usually always go up a size in U bolt diameter when lifting my trucks as well.

My U-bolts were fine though,I checked them not too long ago. They're still on the truck actually. The blocks on the other hand...

Think it'd be pretty spendy to just get solid metal blocks made maybe like steel or something would that be any better then what comes with the lift

Got my truck back from getting and alignment. This past week i did the drivers side wheel bearing, cv shaft and sway bar link. The pass side sway bar link inner and outer tie rod and sleeve. Fuel filter. Pcv valve. Still to do plugs too. She drives like a new truck!
