Why even chance it? Heart attack behind the wheel - OK I understand...but falling asleep? That's on you. Thank god no one was seriously injured. Please, go buy a pedal bike and stay on the sidewalks. We have no use for you on the road.
Spoken like a boss..

On a side note clad you're ok, and that you didn't kill anyone.

P.S. Iv slept in my 10'Screw backseat plenty of times, very comfortable even at 6'2

I'm not saying driving tired or relying on caffeine to keep you awake while you drive is OK. What I am saying is some instances of falling asleep behind the wheel happen without warning. Many people have sleep apnea or other conditions and are completely unaware of it.

Anything that alters your body from it's natural state is intoxication. It's like when somebody mentions DUI, everybody automatically thinks booze. It doesn't have to be as the definition is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I'm still trying to find the stats for energy drinks, keep getting ads to buy them. Also the fact that something gives a level of caffeine in a drink means that it's synthetic caffeine, not natural.
Youre grasping at straws but no, I have never been intoxicated by any substance while driving.

Dwi or dui can also stand for driving while impaired, or driving under impairment, a seizure disorder is also an impairment, causing some people to lose their driving privileges.
