Default Which O2 sensor is this?

I just received a P0153 error on my 97 4x4 F150. Any way, it says o2 sensor circuit slow response. Bank 2 sensor 1. I know there is ONE sensor on the drivers side header/exhaust and 2 sensors on the passenger side, one forward, the other aft. Any ideas which one the code means? I assume it should be replaced or contacts cleaned.

You should have 4 in total right. Two on BOTH sides correct ?

Anyway, your right, drivers side upsteam = Bank 2S1

So, if there's only one 02 sensor on the drivers side, - there in lye's the problem.

Under more normal circumstances, you check the harness for damage and attempt to re-seat the connector. You really have to clean the inside well.

If that fails to fix, replace Both upsteam 02 sensors, -

B1S1 and B2S1.

Haha, no there isn't. There are 4. First set are right where the transmission mate to the motor on the actual headers. And the other set and way back of the transmission near where the drive shaft connects. Right after the cats.

I just drove 300 miles to my upstate home, I have to get back under there and peek around. Oh these poor achy bones are going to be really cranky tonight!
