Simple hot and cold wiring, figured I'd wire it with the rest of the interior lights, or a switch somewhere on the dash. Also thinking about using this with a festoon base for the dome light, assuming it's a festoon bulb that it needs.

Haven't thought about that. Perhaps double-sized 3M? Reviews on the light say that it's cold to the touch even after being on for a while. Unless I was reading for something else...
