Default level kit

Hey all of you, I'm new in this forum, I'm from Mexico. I own a f 150 2003 lariat fx4 supercrew Stock. My question is which is the best leveling kit option for this truck? I don't really use it much for mudding or serious offroadin, just for hawllin my boat or for hunting. I've seen that a bit more aggressive look when leveling kits. I use 31's tires. Won't like to affect driving or gas mileage And was thinking bout to order the pair of torsion keys pieces. Whats your advice? Thanks a lot bros.

Most people say don't use torsion keys on these trucks, but some people say their okay to use on supercrews if you can't get the height out of stock keys. BrowningSCrew I think is one thats running them on his supercrew. Have you tried cranking your stock keys first?

Yeah, don't use the aftermarket keys because they allow you to crank the T-bars too much which will put a lot of stress on things like ball joints, CV's, etc. If I where you I would just crank the T-bars a little bit and either get an AAL, or F-250 LD leaf springs for the rear.

Default Aftermarket Leveling Kit - Torsion Keys

If you'd like a max lift of only a couple inches and are not up for spending over $1k, perhaps first crank your stock keys to get a feel for the ride and then buy aftermarket, which are about twice the strength of stock AND indexed for lift. Reviews on aftermarket torsion keys are solid, even if there is some premature wear. All quality keys will much perform the same, ReadyLIFT leveling kits, Supreme Suspensions, Skyjacker, et al.

It is reccomended you only crank them to 24.25" or something (measueing from center of the hub to the top of the fender), which stock keys will let you do. Anything more than that and you will wear out a lot of things very fast.

Thanks a lot. So, before buying a torsion keys for lifting I'll crank em. Was thinking bout getting the pro comp or skyjackerH kits but if you think that putting them it'll cause more stress than normal ..better just crank the stock keys. Hope to get a bit better level. I'll be writing soon. Greetings from Mexico
