i was wondering if my 5 bolt axles out of my 02 f150 would fit into a 99 7 bolth rear end out out of a gasser f 250 my f 150 has the 9.75 rear end but its on it way out and howling like crazy and i have the chance to buy the f250 cheap or is it possible to switch my truck over to the 7 bolt? spindles and rear end thanks for the help

You can bolt the rear 7 bolt in your truck but then u will have 3.73 gears. If your truck is a 4x4 then you'll have to put the 7 bolt front diff in it too so you have matching gear ratios. And yes the front outers can all be switched to make your 5 bolt a 7 bolt.

What if my truck has 3 73 gears already will the front shafts from thr 7 bolt fit my front diff? Or will my old ones fit the 7 bolt wheel bearing? Thanks again

Ya it's all interchangeable! Chances are you don't have 3.73 gears.

Look in the inside driver door jam at your tag and see what it says for axle code. Let us know what it says and we'll tell ya what gear ratio you have
