This is a better start but there is still alot left to buy. As you can see it adds up very fast. Lightnings that the engines can be saved from can usually be had for 3 or 4 thousand on copart or erepairables

Even after that you still need the heat exchanger, all the coolant hoses, inter cooler tank, blower plugs, tuning, lower pulley, intercooler pump, etc and if your truck has high miles like mine then you should prob replace a lot of the little things.

Yeah I'm aware of all the other things, and thanks for the link. I was looking at this link and deciding whether or not to buy a rebuilt one or rebuilding this other one. Craigslist: EATON SUPERCHARGER SYSTEM REMOVED FROM 1999 FORD LIGHTNING http://fayar.craigslist.orghttp://jo...115112987.html. I'm leaning more towards the link tcstang17 posted.

I'm mostly aware of all the extras i need. Thanks for all the info. I've been following your build thread and 4x4 daves as well. I've been planning on doing this for about 2 years. That's about the price i expected.

Link won't work for me for some reason but with the eBay one you'll still need the pulley bridge, lower cage, intercooler hard and soft lines, heat exchanger, intercooler pump, intercooler reservoir, fuel pump, a range colder plugs, mass air sensor (ideally) and tuning.
