Covers over the windshield wiper bolts?
Before I screw something up, thought I would ask. Driver's side windshield wiper is loose. Looks like a small, black cover over where the bolt would be. Before I go prying at it with a screwdriver, I figured I would ask just to make sure how it comes off. Does it just pop off, or is it maybe hinged somehow?
Any suggestions on the best way to get to the bolt would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Ted

There is no bolt for the arm. You put put the arm up like you were changing the blade. That retracts the latch that holds it on the splined stud. Pry carefully and make sure the latch is released.

On my 2000, there is a cap with a nut under it. Remove the cap & tighten the nut!

yea i dont know what that tleach7 is talking about but there is a hinged cap that pops up and under it there is a nut under it. Its pretty simple and not very easy to damage.
