Black'd F150

I was wondering if someone knew exactly how to pull the armrest/console off the 60/40 bench seat. Are the bolts on the inside or something i need to pull off to get to the bolts? If anyone knows could they shoot me a quick email because ill be at work and cannot get on the forums from there. I need to pull the armrest off as soon as i get home.
