I took a video but I can't seem to get it on here. Can anyone recommend a good upload site? I tried photobucket but it doesn't support an mp4 file format that my phone uses.

Go through the basics of the requirements to make an engine run
- air - should have it as long as nothing is blocking the throttle body

- fuel - check fuel pressure on the rail

​​​​​​- spark - pull a COP and check for spark

I will see if I can find a video about checking the fuel pressure I have never done that before. Here is the video I took. I got it up on YouTube, thank you for the suggestion.

It looks like it was the fuel pump.
