Incorrect. There were updates to the 5.4L motor mid-year in '05, there were changes to the brakes halfway through 2004 MY, and I'm sure there are updates I'm missing. They did more than change the foglights.

Forgot the driveshafts (went from non-rebuildable to rebuildable sometime in mid MY-05)
