Default Tranny Gasket

Getting ready to dump and replace my tranny fluid for the second time in my 2005 XLT. I know that the pan gasket is re-usable, but is it re-usable for the 2nd and future changes, or just the first time? Thanks for your help!

Should be good for at least 3 drain and fills.. Maybe more.. If you buy a new filter, it should come with a gasket

Yeah, it came with the old floppy rubber one, which I never have luck with proper sealing. I like the factory one much better....hopefully it'll be good to go.

I've dropped the pan and and replaced the filter twice. The re-usable gasket is still completeley OK with no leakage whatsoever at 106K+.
