I need a little help. I am going to have to replace my tires soon and I want to go bigger. I have a 2005 King Ranch with the stock 18" wheels and a 2" Rough Country leveling kit. I am keeping the wheels as I like them. Can someone help me with the biggest Nitto Terra Grappler tires I can put on without any rubbing issues?

Thanks

Default Raptor wheels and tires

I have an 2004 F150 2wd that i put 3" spacers on the front, i am also about to put the stock 4x4 blocks on the rear ( as soon as i find some u bolts) My question is i have a buddy thats getting rid of his raptor take-offs and wanted to know if i could use them, so after the rear blocks are installed would i be able to fit the stock 35s under my truck? I am open to cutting up the bumper a bit for rubbing issues, i was gonna do 33s or a size close to 34s but these are in great condition and i dont want to pass them up if they will fit with a lil tweeking

Thanks in advance

Hi everyone. I've been scouring this page and am in need of some opinion as I really haven't found the answer to my questions regarding wheel size and offset. I see a ton of information from everyone but most times specifics are left out. First and foremost I DO NOT want to do any kind of trimming.

I have an '06 Lariat 4x4 Screw that I will be putting either a 2.5" or 3" full (front and rear) level kit on. It currently has OEM 18" wheels with BFG 275/65-18's. After the level is installed I want to go to 20's with 305/55-20 tires or 22's with 305/40-22 tires and that is where I have questions about offset. I've read some that say 0 offset is okay while others say nothing more than +18.

The wheels I am looking at are the Hostile Zombie in 20" or Fuel Hostage in 22". I plan on running Cooper Zeon LTZ for tires. Any advice for offset?

Also, I've been using calculator at http://www.wheel-size.com/calc/ but again, it only tells me the difference between OEM and whatever but I'm looking for a no trimming fit.

I can tell you forsure that 20" wheels with very close to stock offset and backspacing which for 20" is +44 offset and 6.38 backspacing you will not have to trim anything with 305/55/20 or a 285/60/20.. I get minor rub in reverse with 295/65/20 now, but my 305/55/20 BFG M/T KM2's did not rub at all.. 2.5" level.

Looking at these Ions
Amazon Amazon

17x8, backspacing of 5", offset +10. Have a 2" level and plan on running up to a 315/70R17 tire.
I just need someone to double check my math, I believe it's going to tuck the tire in a little more than the factory 17x7.5s, right?

Default Biggest tires you can run on a stock 2011 F150 FX4

I skimmed through lots of threads and never really found an exact answer to my question: What's the biggest tire I can run on my Stock 2011 F150 FX4.

Everyone always said… you can run this with a 2” lift or that with a leveling kit. I just wanted to know what tires I could run without rubbing on my truck. So for those of you looking here you go:

Stock Tires are 275/65-18

Optional Tire Sizes
Plus Zero
255/70-18
265/70-18
285/65-18
305/60-18

Plus Two
265/60-20
275/55-20
275/60-20
285/55-20
295/50-20
305/50-20

Plus Four
275/45-22
275/50-22
285/45-22
305/40-22
305/45-22

Plus Five
305/40-23

Plus Six
285/40-24
305/35-24

Personally I am running 305/60-18 Nitto Terra Grappler G2’s… Nice fat tire with NO rubbing.

Hope that helps

Default Wheel offset and backspacing

I have a stock 06 Lariat 2WD. I am looking to buy 20" wheels with a 285/50R 20 tire without a lift which I know will fit, may do a 1.5 level on the front. I have that part figured out, however I want that kind of look the bigger trucks are running now a days with the wide stance. I want the stance to stick out maybe 2", what offset(s) and backspacing should I be looking for?? Any help would be appreciated!

If you go with a 20x9 with a -12 offset you should get 2-2.5" sticking out. If you run a +0 offset it'll be 1.5-2"... roughly. You may have to sacrifice tire size, or go with a slightly bigger level.
