I recently just got new wheels and didn't put the tire sensors in them. Is there anyway to reset it where the warning lights don't come on anymore.

No there is not. No programmer or button will clear the light or message. Only way to actually get rid of it is by putting sensors in the tires.

If you wanted to cheat the system, you could put black electrical tape over the TPMS light or take out that bulb from the cluster, but I believe it won't pass inspection that way.
