This is crazy! I just changed my IWE in my driveway. I know it's not necessary but I removed the battery and tray and cleaned them since I was under the hood. After putting everything back together, I started the truck up and backed out of the driveway. When I put the truck in fwd, I had no response from the throttle! My code reader showed 4 codes: 2X P2104 and 2X P2112.

I came on here to search the codes and see this....

If your talking about the relearn then I"ve tried it multiple times, if throttle relearn is something different then I will check it out. Excuse my ignorance because they may be the same thing but just called more specifically "throttle relearn" Thanks

Apparently you can't mess with these batteries for Gods sake. What a pain. I can't even imagine going near a 2015

Default does your throttle body number start with 3L

that number TB was flagged as a problem . There is a lot of circuit card stuff inside motor housing to decode pulses from ecm to drive motor .I had to change mine out.New one came with tps- off ebay .
I don't believe disconnecting battery can damage it , I do it all the time for different work.

Will check into that 3L number. I think I can get a new TB from Rock Auto for like $160- comes with a new TPS. Thanks. By the way, where is that number located, do I have to take it off again to find it?

The PCM learns how to idle over time, and as deposits gunk up, the PCM compensates. If you clean the TB (assuming you don't use the wrong chemical) then disconnecting the battery and doing the re-learn is normal.

If you shot TB cleaner all into the sensor, you probably fouled the sensor. Replace it.

"Turn the key to the on position but DON'T start the engine. Now press the gas peddle to the floor SLOWLY and let it come up/back as fast as you can, turn key to the off position. Now do this two more times."

Took the TB off and used TB cleaner. I dont think I sprayed into the sensor but who knows. I might just get a new Tb with TBS included. Is this procedure temporary or is it a permanent relearn of sorts. Thanks
