Synthetic Oil changes

There have been numerous posts about oil brands, oil types, oil filters, oil change procedures, etc.
Realistically, you simply can't go wrong with any modern synthetic blend or fully synthetic oil. They're all really good. Our 5.4s (don't know about the other engines) recommend Motorcraft synthetic blend 5W20.
Personally, I use only factory OEM filters from the Ford or Dodge dealer and use only Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil. I change my oil every 10,000km on both the Triton and the Hemi and both trucks operate flawlessly.
