Oya u def feel a nice difference . I'd also get a electric fan kit put on and sum high performance coils msd or accels

I would replace your stock manifolds with stock, low mileage manifolds from a southern/western truck (no salt or salt air exposure).

I would also stay far, far away from non-Motorcraft ignition components.

Are you sure you don't have a injector starting to leak(if it is a 5.4) that is common on early ones. When a cat gets hot it will create a rotten egg smell, which will happen if it has extra gas going in. Also our systems are really sensitive to the cats going bad and will tell you with a cel. Or if it is plugged you would definitely feel out
