Default Shimmy at Idle

Hello- I have been trying to track down a shimmy at idle. Feels like a misfire, it is not constant nor does it feel like it is affecting drivability.

4.6L 2V 170,000 Miles
Here is what I have done so far:
New M craft plugs
MSD Coils (Set of 8) M Craft out of my price range
TB cleaning
MAF cleaning
Fuel Filter
Redline Injector cleaner

The issue did get better with the new plugs and coils. I also have felt a return of power from this.

The TB / MAF cleaning also helped.

The Fuel filter didn't do much but it needed changed anyway

The injector cleaner (tank additive) is still working its way through.

I do not see any leaks around injectors, so I am at a loss where to look next.

I know Vacuum lines are another place to look and I have not done any testing on them but they all look good, no dry rot.

Any other suggestions?

170K is a good time to change O2 sensors as I mentioned in your other thread.

Had a similar problem on my 02 explorer with the 4.6 ended up replacing the TPS sensor as it was messing with the idle causing it to shudder and shimmy and also had a vacuum leak in one of the hard lines, but i would definitely check our TPS sensor they are pretty cheap and easy to swap out.

I had the same issue with my 4.6 and did most of the same things you have done. One thing I didn't think would help much, but really did was I put 2 of the big bottles of techron in with a tank of 93 octane. I ran it down to 1/2 tank, filled it back up and added 1 more bottle of Techron. After doing the other things it really seemed to help a lot. My idle even increased by a bit.
