to put it in easy terms --- a POLISHED turd is still a turd. Triton Im like you, my truck is stock except for a few unnoticable mods. I make damn good money but can think of 1000 more ways to let it go thru my fingers besides 10k rims.and those rims would last what 5 minutes in jacksonville LOL

It is unique.......that is the nicest way I could say it.

Would I ever drive a F-150 that looked like that?

Ditto. In my opinion, the truck has potential. It just has to be stripped of everything you put on it first. haha. Just givin' you a hard time man. But in all seriousness, don't say that your dad bought you the truck and you paid for some of the mods. That's like sending an invite to get bch slapped. To be honest, a set of rims and a paint job is nothing close to a 25K truck. Why didn't you just use the money you made to start paying your dad back for the truck? That's only my opinion though. Familys function differently so it may be cool.

P.S.~ I love this forum. haha.

i can understand people giving their opinions of what they like and dont like but theres no reason to call the guy a bunch of names. i dont like the fuel door or the chrome lettering, the shelby lettering on the tailgate looks kinda cool, but the rest i could do without. i do like the scoop, was considering one for my truck but dont want to spend money on painting the damn thing. i also like the speed grille with the GT lights. i know some of you think it looks retarded or whatever but i think it gives it a somewhat sport look or a tougher offroad look. also im kinda in between bout the spoiler on the back, its different and could be a neat mod but it is totally going to get destroyed i dunno bout anyone else but the top of my tailgate has tons of scatches and nicks from hauling things, not always legally, slighlty larger than the bed. oh if your gonna make comments bout the original posters spelling and grammatical errors i think we need to post an online dictionary because paided is not a word. but overall i enjoy this forum and it saddens me to see people call a guy who was just looking for some opinions of his truck terrible names because they dont agree with the direction he is taking with HIS truck.

p.s. i agree with beast dont mention dad bought your truck. it really is an invitation for harsh criticism. oh and i hope i didnt offend anyone, i was simply stating my opinion on the truck and peoples reactions. no offense intended please dont take any.

none talken to any im sure justice

the op has no sense of direction...he is trying to go in to many ways....he has a lifted style going with street style...with both of them fighting rice.......i like the scoop, wing and even the stripes...the rest needs to go...including the rims....and he can bash me on painting my factory rims, but honestly there isnt a good looking rim in 17 inches with the lug pattern that we have that i would consider putting on my truck....

i hate the stock rims that cam on my truck matter of fact the only way i would buy the truck was if they changed out the rims with some aftermarket rims for free.

+1 to that. I'd rather get what I have on my own than be spoiled by daddy. Maybe you could have taken that mod money and bought a used car. The sense of satisfaction in paying your own dues and earning your keep might outweigh whatever sense of coolness you get driving around in a ricer truck.
