Guys even if you replace the panel the problem will return. Water geys trapped in there with no where to go. You can drill a small hole as low as possible to give the water a way out or you can seal off the hole the water is draining in to where the back of the cab meets the panel there is a huge hole that water finds its way in. I would suggest using jb weld or a liquid type filler. seal that hole off you have a permenate fix. My 04 has rust bubbles in the cab corners to. I drilled holes really low to drain water out so far the rust is a at bay I sprayed rust prohibitor in the hole. I will get it fixed after the winter

I'm going to buy 2 rockers and 2 corners, my cousins husban ( just got married) his uncle has a body shop stoped by today told me to buy the stuff and he'll do the rest he quoted mr 5-700 repair and he'll cut old rust, grind rust and also treat then weld in the new peices after he treats the surrounding area, now he's going to remove the bed and I'm taking it to get blasted in the undercarrage then I'll take it home and I'm going to bedline the bottom of it and also clean and paint my frame also on my own
