Default Rear Window leaking

I have a 06 Super Crew and everytime its rains hard it leaks all over, does anybody else have this issue? and if so what did you do to fix it?

i thought my rear window was leaking and it turned out to be my brakelight on the back top of the cab wasnt sealed good enough so i just took some sealant and lined it all around

Had the same problem, sure it was the window, turned out to be the roof mounted brake light seal. It was defective or not properly seated, not sure was replaced under warranty
