Rear Running Lights Will Not Turn Off?
Hello everyone,
I have a 2008 Ford F150 Harley Davidson with 65,000 miles. I've owned the truck since new and have never encountered such a problem. I drove the truck as I normally do one day last week, got home turned the truck off and proceeded to do some yard work around the house. I went to use the truck later that evening and the battery was dead so I put it on the tender and let it charge up. Once the battery had some charge I noticed the rear running lights and third brake light were on? All the doors were closed, the light switch is off, and I can't seem to figure out why the rear lights are staying on.
I checked all the fuses and all of them seem to be fine. I also disconnected the battery for a few days and tried again but the rear running lights will not turn off. I am hoping someone can chime in their expertise and help me fix this problem.
I appreciate all suggestions and any help!
Thank you!

You can check the brake switch as well. My first (defective) new one a couple weeks ago would leave the brake lights on, I would have to reach under the front panel and wiggle it some to get the brake light to go off.
