Check out a1electric.com.
I highly recommend using OEM style regulator/motor assemblies rather than retrofits. Adds a couple hundred to the cost, but you should get much better performance.

I went with the OE window regulators. the bolted right in real easy. But I also went all out and got OE door panels with factory switches.
Was not a cheap way to go but it looks right and works perfectly. I put about $600 into it.
Now my truck looks like Hank built it that way.

I used spal door locks and a spal power window kit, windows failed in 6 months, swapped to the electic life oe kit, works like a charm. I also added a viper alarm and a power tailgate lock.

I have 2005 XL with no power also. I want to at least do the doors for now. I already have Ford Alarm and I was told it has a power out leg on it to activate the door locks. I work for a Ford Dealer , Im just trying to figure out how to do it all. My cost on the regulators for power windows is 147 ea. Post your findings please !
