Make sure to soak the exauhst studs in 50/50 acetone and used oil. Best penetrating oil out there. Most likely will have to drill out a few though. Good luck.

Watching videos now. Not sure if this one is in my skill range, but weighing it since the replacement estimate was $900. All of my bolts look to be in good condition, so that's a plus. No rust.

I was quoted $500 to install headers cats and dual exhaust (labor only) at the local speed shop

I'm going to call around. The computer calls for 6.6 hours for this job which comes to $660 for labor only on this one. This is just at the basic automotive shop. Do you think there are specialty shops that are more experienced that might be a little cheaper?
