Default fuse panel issue re: trailer

I've been chasing some gremlins...

Had no power to my seven wire harness on the truck, so I checked the fuses with a test light - discovered that about five of the fuses have no power at all, even after replacing. Totally no change to the test light - tested in auxiliary...

Ran a new ground from the harness at the back of the truck to a new point on the frame, after scraping and grinding it to make a good contact...still no avail.

I had the left signal showing a turn signal, but then I stripped the wire and it was gone - so that's weird- and that's only the one wire that showed any sign of life...

Any idea where to begin looking? Is there another fuse panel or fuse relay that supplies power to the affected fuses?

It's a 2005 f150 fx4 with 5.4 v8

I was trying to chase a similar issue with my trailer wiring,
dont remember the details.

But there was corrosion between the wiring room and the back of the 7-pin / 4pin plug
in the bumper.

The wires visually looked good..but were green powder then i took it apart. So check there.
