Default fuel filter replacement

Bought my 2002 F150 with 71k miles on it in December 2006. I haven't done anything on it but oil changes and replaced one bad coil pack. IT now has 91k. Thinking maybe I should replace the fule filter to as maintenance to know it is good and clean. Any suggestions? Also, any suggestions on anything else to do on it to keep it running good and long?
Thanks

If you haven't done so already clean the torottle body with TB cleaner and the MAF with MAF cleaner.
