Yea.... Seriously regret going in that puddle a third time. Should've kept my record across the deeper end at 2-0 and called it a night...

Nice looking truck. I remember seeing a post you made about wanting to change your license plate to something weather-related. what did you decide on?

ahhhhh Fallon, NV. I did a lot of DETs there. Can't remember much of it except for "pigs in space" hahaha keep it up shippie

UPDATE: The transmission shop called and the cost to rebuild my tranny and TC was $2253. But Thunder does work now. All that needs to be fixed now are my hazard lights. Pretty sure the fuse for that needs to be changed... Pretty much, what was wrong with my tranny was that the tranny was stuck in Overdrive, but the computer was telling the tranny to shift at the right moments.

Default Thunder is back!!!

Thunder is now back home. Now I have a problem with the front brakes not releasing all the way like it should, so it rubs. Any advice on this???

Glad its back home and working.

For the brakes, pull them and clean and re grease the calipers, especially the slide bolts. Use silicon grease

Default Cool

Will do. Very minor fix and then it's off to buy a new fuse for my hazard lights and then Thunder is all good!

Such a cool story to watch Thunder's transformation over time. Fellow fireman down here in Mississippi. I wouldn't trade my MeanGreen for any other truck on earth either!
