You might need to try a different tune company. PHP has been sucking lately, my own tune included.

they changed the design multiple times from 04-08 on the 4.6 the 5.4 pretty much stayed the same

IIRC Summers22 was having a problem with an aftermarket AEM air filter. His kept putting his truck in "fail safe mode" Pretty sure he replaced with a paper filter and all was fine. I'm not sure what code he had though. Maybe he'll chime in.

Yes, I kept getting the P061B I believe it was. It would go into fail safe mode. I was running the Gotts mod with AEM dryflow filter. I swapped the stock intake back on and no change, then took out the AEM and used a WIX and all was good. So I put the Gotts mod back on and all is still good. Has to be the filter you have on there, which looks to be a Spectre......they just got sued for false claims on HP and filtration ppm's. In short, Spectre is junk. Get that filter off of there, put the air filter housing back into your fender and install a normal air filter if you dont want your truck to keep going into limp mode. What is that wedged into the clamp on the air-box? What part of the tube is cracked? Not to sound harsh, but you arent gaining HP with that set-up anyway. Just noise.
