Horn not working

Horn not working
2004 F150 SuperCrew
My horn is not working when I press the horn on the wheel. Fuse is good and horn sounds when I remotely lock the truck.
Could it be a relay? If so where are they located? Could it be the actual horn button in the wheel? Any other thoughts?
Thanks

also, saw in a search it could be a clock spring. Though it said the airbag, horn and cruise all go though the clock spring. My cruise works fine and no lights on indicating the airbag does not work.
Leads me back to a relay, maybe???

Check in you owners manual for relay location, once located, swap it with another. Your process of elimination is good, with cruise working, the clock spring and ground are verified to be good. The horn switch is still in question. Go after the relay first, much easier to test.
