im not that great at describing what i did but ill try my best
stuff i needed
1.power drill
2. cutters
3. file..to file down the flastic to make it fit as tight as possible
4. pliers
and thats pretty much what you need
i took the outside frame out as you can see then the part where the cigarette lighters used to be i pooped it out and there was some plastic pieces in there that i should of took a pic of but didnt..sorry
then i cut out slowly until i got the exact size in for the cb radio..ill take more pics tomorrow or friday when i take it apart again for the antenna cable and for the positive and negative.."need to hook those up"... then filed it down to exact size.....i got the mounting bracked and cut it into to so it would be half and half on each size.......then had to twist the brackets to make it fit right...put it back on and cut the plastic side pieces so it would look as origional as possible...
you most likely wont understand my steps because i am probable confusing but i will try and take more pics tomorrow when i take it apart of the bracket and the side plastic pieces

This is off subject but what is that between the vent and mic, to the left of the fan control. It is on the opposite side of the 12V accessory plug and is a similar size but I can't find what it is in my manual. Thanks.
