Okay so, my current hypothesis is that an excessive heat condition most likely due to clutch slippage caused the coil epoxy to melt and the pulley to get stuck. I will attempt to fix this myself. A new pulley and coil have been ordered. I'm going to reuse the old clutch plate since it doesn't look damaged. Some epoxy got on it, but I can clean it off with a wire brush.
