He's just tagging me for a type-o. I just moved it to 04'-08' for more year specific responses.

I agree, it's a little hard to navigate the sections on a phone.

This list's all the section options: https://www.f150forum.com

Just put on the 5100's all around after removing my 3" level kit the truck came with. I put the shocks on the middle ring (1-1.5") and it def lost height in the front, but I expected that. Also, removing the 35's and going with stock size 20's took a lot of height too.

Rides SOOOO much better. Much more planted in the rear and front is much less bouncy.

So I am still learning about my truck, had it about a year now. But I have bilsteins all the way around and the fronts look to be set at factory( lowest ring). But my truck sits pretty level. Got to inspect a little further and if I'm not crazy it also looks like there is a level kit installed too! ( 1 1/2" maybe).
Can anyone confirm this for me?

I've heard nothing but bad things come from the level kits so if this is the case I'm thinking I need to get it off. Also I'm looking to put on some 35's instead of my current 32's so that's what has me looking into all of this.

Looks like a 2" level with bilsteins set to zero lift... The bilsteins preload the spring to lift it which can result in a very stiff ride. I'd keep the spacer or jump it up to a 2.5 level on top for 35s... The bilsteins ride great at the factory height setting IMHO...
I have not heard too many bad things about level kits, aside from the 3" level which can be known to eat ball joints..

The main thing you sacrifice with a leveling kit is ride and front shock life, you have a strut extender installed, there are strut spacers also, there are pros and cons to both but if you have stock shocks on the front and a spacer or extender will your shocks will wear out very quickly, mine you could push in and out with literally no resistance granted my truck had 85k mi on it but the spacers made it ride really rough and I put the spacers on with 50k mi check this video out on YouTube it explains it pretty well!

Looks like bilstein 5100 with leveling spacer on top. I would def take that spacer off and raise the ring on the 5100
