Default Alignment kit issues

First post! Sorry if this is a common question but couldn't find anything on it. Just replaced my ball joints on my 2005 lariat along with the control arms and alignment kit. Now the shop can't align my truck. They are wanting to take the leveling kit out. Any help guys?

I don't think the tires are too big. The guys at the shop said that they don't have the ability to make enough adjustment on the alignment.

By leveling do you mean you raised the front to match the rear or vise versa?

that happened to me a long time ago. Call around to other places and let them know what you have. I just put on my 2" level, added new tires, and Wheel works did it. No problem.

So now they are telling me that my front end is stretched out and that is why front end can't be aligned. Apparently the kit on the front end has the tires so stretched out that an alignment can't happen. I'm kinda just dumbfounded by the whole situation.

A shop tried to tell my buddy it would cost more since its a leveling kit and they would need extra parts so it would cost more. Buuuut called a shop i knew and they did it the same day for $89 no extra nothin and no problems. Some shops know what they are doing some dont. Bottom line always shop around.
