I can't imagine he is knowledgeable enough to put an engine in and not know about oil amounts. Just kidding.............. Bill Cosby took it. Can't let you guys have all the fun

While I was in the marine corps I was changing the oil in my truck at a do it yourself garage they had on base. Noticed a guy kept walking into the little parts store there and coming out with oil. Finally I guess curiosity got the best of the guy in the store and he asked why he was buying so much oil. Guess the guy didn't know about the dipstick and was pouring oil into it and kept looking in the valve cover to see if it was full. Some people just don't know.

Wasn't there also an issue with people using the wrong dipstick all together for these engines? If you don't have the dipstick with the right length, you won't get the right reading.

The reason they put idiot warning labels on everything such as don't consume lemon scented dish soap and the one where the guy installed a gas hot water heater in his trailer and did'nt know you had to vent it outside and killed his whole family. I stopped a girl a few months ago at a gas station trying to force the deisel nozzle into her car. Sheeesh
