I've been trying to figure this out and still havent gotten a definite answer as to what is actually making the 2" difference. Houston TX here (soon to be The Woodlands - bought me a HOUSE)

Yea, I was actually contemplating making my 2WD into a 4WD in a yr or so. As for the sticker, I found this guy on eBay that makes these decals. Super easy to put on and awesome. I have power washed my truck and no peeling or anything. I can pass his name onto you if you'd like. He can do ANYTHING you want.

Been seeing alot of houston-local guys on here lately. we might have to all do a meet and greet sometime... speakin of, let me make that post.

I know the strut is different, but I'd assume the height difference is from different knuckles.

This maybe the easiest way to make your 2wd into a 4wd:

Correct, the strut is about 1" higher than the 2WD. Maybe the knuckle is the other 1". So I could swap knuckles and that should be some diff?? Can't be that easy, or is it

LMAO! Very true man, even the tech's @ ford said the same. What we would drop to do the conversion, would be better off spent on the Down Payment. I just have so much done that, ugh, start over? I'll just trick this out and wait til the next model comes out (if i can that long).

I want to do the same exact thing, only thing if found is skyjacker makes a 3" lift with replacement front struts and rear add a leafs, although i would not get the add a leafs, and go with rear blocks. i would love for someone to let us know how to get that height.
