Have a 2005 F-150 XLT and having a problem with check engine light - the code is indicating I needed a fuel level sensor, sounds logical cause my gas gauge is reading "E" and low fuel light is on - so I dropped the gas tank and replaced it, put it back together, yes the check engine light still on, gas gauge still reads empty and low fuel light still on.

Any thougts?

Just a thought. Maybe know that you fixed it you have to reset your computer. Good luck.
