Default 2005 2wd squeak!

I have a 2005, 2wd, 5.4, crew cab, 202,000 miles and just had the front rotors and calipers replaced. The fron passenger side started squeaking real bad about a week later (not from the brakes) and I cannot find the probelm. Truck on - rotate steering wheel to right and it squeaks bad. Truck driving /slow/fast - over any bumps it makes the same sound. Truck off - lift front end up and down and makes same sound. Anyone know what the issue could be? Took the wheel off and sprayed wd40 in multiple places to try and locate the issue with no luck. Did not see anything that looked wore out.

maybe the shocks or strut assemblies? Squeeking could be bushings on sway bar, end links, UCA or LCA.

Is there a way i can narrow it down or should I just take it to a mechanic?

Just look at everything in the front suspension and try to find something with a worn out bushing or a lot of play. That's the only way to know apart from taking it to a mechanic who will do the exact same thing.

My 2007 2wd did the same thing! It ended up being the sway bar bushing (driver side), hit it with some spray silicone 3 weeks ago, and the squeak is still gone! (after spraying everything I could think of under there, the dang sway bar bushing was the VERY LAST thing I sprayed wouldnt you know it!)
