the spliter would only need one hookup, because you wouldnt use your ipod and xm at the same time.

I think someone needs to contact ford, I would call my ford dealer, but it usually takes them a week to get me the info, and it is wrong....

Is that fancy factory radio w/the navigation system any different? Or is it the same thing when it comes to hooking up those things? I had been thinking about getting one of those navigation stereos for my truck only because I like the smooth look and exact fit of the factory stuff.

the 07 aux input will work with pre 07 radios, just buy the new tray and the cable and you are good to go.

Also the new HD radio kit that plugs into the same connector has a IPOD adapter, list price 299 bucks for the HD radio module and cables.

I have the wiring diagrams for the 16 pin connector and you could easily make your own setup if you had the connector plug

I have the Peripheral PXDP2 installed on my truck. I know that it cost alot($159) but I think its worth it.
