I searched for a limited when I was buying in 09 but couldn't find any. They used to be limited. The new limiteds are not anywhere near as limited. There's practically one on every Ford lot I've been on.

It's made by a company called street scene

And yes it does require you to cut out the inner part of the factory grille.

Hella lights makes one also that I believe is a bolt on that comes with a new surround. At least they used to... I can't seem to find any for sale guess they're discontinued.
