Default super crew-actual ride heights - sagging springs?

I'm getting ready to install some bilstein 5100's and trying to decide how high to set the front. I measured each corner of the truck at the highest point of the wheel wells and got these measurements:

37.25" front 37.25"
38.25" rear 39"

the truck's got 120K miles on it, it's a 2012 supercrew with 6.5' bed and off-road package. Is anyone else seeing their springs sagging like mine? Would you mind sharing your ride heights without any lift installed?

Default Do yourself a favor .....

If you are going to do that install ...trash those oem coil springs they are too soft IMO , go with an eibach coil spring in either 650 or 700 lb ... Cant remember what they cost but its around a couple hundred or so ..... the heavier springs make a world of difference ..... Handles so much better
Set them at 2" for dead level .... Its what the Fox's come set at or at least mine did

I recently took the blocks out of the rear of my 2013 STX 4x4 SCab. I put heavier springs in the back and wanted to bring the ride back down to stock. I've measured all 4 wheels several times. Each time they are a little different, sometimes more, sometimes less. I don't know why, but I decided to take the average. My numbers are about like yours. I have been looking at other trucks (Ford of course) to see how high they sit in the back. I've been noticing Platinums seem to sit lower than some of the other trims. I'm not sure this is true, but if it is, your springs may be where they're supposed to be.

I see you have a Lariat. Sorry, maybe you are a little low.

Here were my before (stock) / after (Bilsteins on next to top setting - 1.5" and 295/65/18 tires) measurements.

Goodyear Wrangler SR-A
275/65/18
32.1 x 11.0

Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac
295/65/18
33.1 x 11.8

LF = 37.500/39.750
RF = 37.625/39.875
LR = 39.750/40.500
RR = 39.750/40.500

Left rake = 2.250/0.750
Right rake = 2.125/0.625

Left front 0.125 < Right front
Left rear = Right rear
